Major Cities:
Gaia
Ciudad de Caribbea
Ciudad de Caribbea
Ciudad de Caribbea is the primary tourist destination on Gaia because of the unique combination of architecture and nature. Utilizing many natural shapes, the buildings of Ciudad de Caribbea give an ease and comfort to its many visitors. The city is also known as a local commercial hub for the Gulf of Florid region, with contacts in Mayapan, Osceaola, and the Isles of Atlantis. Ciudad de Caribbea is also unique in being the only city where English and Neo-Spanish are spoken. Neo-Spanish is a fusion of Spanish with some English and French variations which nonetheless preserve the old Spanish language in the new, stellar environment.
Rhea
Rhea
On a planet named after a Greek goddess, a city named after a Greek goddess is not unusual. Rhea, located on the Isles of Atlantis, in the District of New Atlantis, is one such example. Considered a 'New Age' spiritual center, Rhea is home not just to a Trekist temple, but also an Alterran temple (as a result of an Alterran military presence nearby), a Mangaist temple and a Christian cathedral. It is a spiritual retreat for those seeking enlightenment, and also a tourist attraction for those seeking scenic beauty. Only one road leads to and from the city, and because of this, and the fact that motorized transportation is not allowed (both to maintain the peaceful setting and for environmental reasons), it is the most quiet, isolated city on the major island.
Sea City
Sea City serves as a port for the Gaian Union state of Lemuria as it lies only 30 miles from the Royal city. a major dam project is in the works, which will transform the river delta into a lagoon and hence widen the port. Because the port also serves as the home of the 4th and 5th wet-fleets (differentiate them from the starfleets), Sea City is a naval base and one of the primary lines of defense from a seaborne attack.
Sea City is also considered to be a major resort city, and many Noble Families have their own island estates in the lagoon. Many others, including the new Imperial Family, have their estates among the tall trees of the rainforests and hills which slope down toward the lagoon and offer the best views of the river, lagoon, and the ocean.

It serves as a gateway to the Europan continent, and as such is a hub of commerce with the non-aligned states which share Gaia with the Two Lands. It is the only part of Europa administered directly by the empire. The Vice-royalty of New Britannia, which also administers the island district of Albion and the district of New Hibernia, has the seat here. It is also rumored to be the private residence of former emperor Michael I, though no one here is willing to say for certain whether said rumor is true.
Shangdu

Shangdu is the cultural hub of the Eastern Territories of Trekylon-on-Gaia. Built on the model of Beijing, Shangdu is a cultural mecca for artists, sculptors, and musicians, as well as a corporate center for all businesses in the empire. Its the second largest city in the Eastern Territories after Karakorum. It is linked to the outside by a palacial port, Castle Port, which is Dual Monarchy territory and enjoys the military and economic support of both Trekylon and Inuyashia (thru Osakia).
Karakorum

Karakorum is the capital of the District of Timuria, in the Eastern Territories of Trekylon-on-Gaia. Built based on the plans recovered from historical records just before the Exodus, the city is a prime military bastion for the Eastern Territories as well as the seat of the Viceroyalty of the East. This city is also rumored to be a part-time residence of former emperor Michael I, but like Londinion, the rumor has yet to be proven or disproven. A monument to the 'True Founders of the City', depicting both Temujin (Genghis Khan) and Michael I, stands in the Central Square of the city.
