Armour and Artillery
The next development for early Treksylvania was the creation of armored and artillery units to further assist in defending the home territories from attack or invasion. Artillery units are managed by an Artillery Captain, commonly referred to as 'Cap-Art', while the armor units are commanded by a Major.

AT-AR Artillery Tank "Boomer"
The AT-AR artillery tank, nicknamed the "Boomer", is a large artillery tank capable of leaving a mile-wide crater where a formation of enemy tanks once gathered. Firing a plasma-polaron burst, it can render enemy tanks immobile for up to three miles from ground zero, which makes them easy pickings for ground or air attack. Any enemy tanks (or troops) within a one-mile radius of ground zero are instantly obliterated. Slow and cumbersome tank, but makes up for this not just in firepower, but in heavy armor.

This version of the Mech-Walker is the heavy-duty mech in the Trekylon arsenal. Brandishing a missile rack on the right shoulder, phaser cannon on the left shoulder, and pulse blasters on each of the main arms. The Mark III also uses two smaller claw-like arms that can rip an enemy infantry soldier apart, or tear through shrubbery. Operating crew of one. can be equipped with jet-rockets for air travel and attack.
Wolf-Walker
Wolf-Walker
The Wolf-Walker is a four-legged walker which serves as both troop transport, mobile SAM launcher, tank, and AT vehicle. Carries a rear-mounted SAM launcher, two forward facing pulse cannons, two banks that carry 1,000 missiles, and four AA pulse cannons. Slow-moving, yet heavily-armored. Has a shield and missile-jamming system to further protect the vehicle. 500 of these walkers await possible deployment to Zuest to support any cease-fire agreements.

ST-190 Mongoose Gatling Tank
The ST-190 Mongoose gatling tank is a compact, yet powerful gatling tank built in the wake of the Roman War. Though the tank missed the war by three weeks, the first batch of tanks (2,000) were sent to Orias III for testing and upgrades. Now, the Mongoose has been returned to the Sacred Lands.

Redstar Gatling Tank
The Redstar gatling tank is an improvement on a Treksylvanian design which features twin revolving barrels which can fire both chemical projectiles and PPBs. Also armed with one anti-personnel machine-gun. These tanks saw action in the last days of the Breen War, when they shot down all but four of the Breen fighters which eventually FTL-crashed into New Texahoman cities. Despite this brief and fatal setback, the Redstar tanks proved very effective. Now with 4,000 tanks already built and an additional 6,000 expected to be complete by the first of the new year, the Redstar is capable of striking infantry, armored, and aircraft in a blitz.

AT-275 Thunderer anti-air tank
The AT-275 Thunderer anti-air tanks were another holdover from the Treksylvania Era which received significant upgrades and evolved into this form. Capable of firing high-powered rounds and flak, the Thunderer is always sent out ahead of any major air strike operation, along with the Keshiks and Archer cannons. Crew of three operates the vehicle, which can traverse all terrain and operate even at night. The first ground military unit deployed during the closing days of the Breen War, the Thunderers account for 25% of all enemy kills, making it the second highest ranked unit used in the war.
AST-975 Killshot MAAT
The AST-975 MAAT (Mobile Anti-Air Tank), codenamed Killshot, was a recent development of the Imperial Military constructed in mass numbers at the end of the Roman War. Though they had been built in time for the Breen War, there were few of these MAATs available for defense. Since then, 12000 MAATs have been constructed. Of those, 5,000 are on active duty while the rest are held as reserves. Armed with 6 SAM missiles (and can also be equipped with cluster-missiles that scatter and can decimate an enemy airwing) and two anti-personnel guns. Secondary radar tank sometimes used when the AST-975s are used defensively. Crew of five required for operation of the MAAT.
