Thunderbolts The Thunderbolts are the backbone of the Airforce. Able to fly backwards, sidewards, and do 360 degree turns using thrusters. Carries two pulse cannons, two interceptor cannons, and can carry an additional 8 missiles. Cockpit can jettison if fighter gets damaged. Thunderbolts are atmosphere and space capable. Mark II models can seat two occupants.

S-110 Warhawk stealth fighter The S-110 Warhawk is the fastest stealth fighter in the Trekylon arsenal. Can carry up to 50 bombs, including nuclear bombs. Has two pulse cannons, and 8 Lance air-to-air missiles. Clocked at a very impressive 135 mph, this fighter can outrun most other fighters. Radar-absorbing hull plating gives it the ability to fly at any radar level without detection

S-120 Silver Falcon fighter The S-120 Silver Falcon fighter, while not as fast as the S-110 stealth fighter, makes up in firepower what it lacks in speed. Pulse cannons, machine guns, 4 Lance air-to-air missiles, and 8 Bravo bunker-buster bombs give this fighter an edge when seeking heavily armoured targets such as tanks or silos

XT-20 Punisher fighter Developed as a result of the First Yee War, the XT-20 fighter was given the name 'Punisher' for the many missiles a fighter typically carries. Also carries a place for a napalm (or nuclear) bomb. Called the 'cleanest fighter' for the fact it burns hydrogen and releases oxygen and water vapor as a byproduct of a process that is highly classified. Second aircraft after Thunderbolt that has a cockpit that can jettison in an emergency.

XR-120 Avenger stealth bomber Developed at the end of the Second Levant War, the XR-120 is the highest flying bomber in the Imperial Airforce. Capable of carrying up to 75 bombs, this bomber can rain destruction and death upon any enemy force. Also has room for two nuclear-tipped air-to-surface missiles. Called the Avenger for its high bomb-carrying capacity
|
XR-110 Warrior stealth bomber Like its twin, the XR-120 Avenger, the XR-110 Warrior can fly at high altitudes and drop up to 75 bombs. Unlike the Avenger, the Warrior also carries 4 slots for air-to-surface missiles (as opposed to just two on the Avenger). Also carries a missile jamming device and refractory hull plating for stealth ability

OT-500 Skywalker 'heliplane' Recently developed, the OT-500 Skywalker heliplane saw its first action in the Second Yee War. It proved very successful in deploying the attack groups which brought victory to Trekylon against Ingen. These heliplanes are so named because while they can take off and land like helicopters, they fly like planes. Two machine gun turrets, and 8 bombs make this vehicle capable of more than just troop transport.

ZX-85 Anansi Helicopter
The ZX-85 Anansi helicopters are a successful attempt to expand upon the gunship class of aircraft. Armed with one rotating gatling gun, eight air-to-air missiles, and 48 SAM missiles, the Anansi is the Keshik of the skies. A two-person air vehicle, the Anansi is the first of the helicopters to use only a tail rotor for stability. A squadron of 100 to 400 Anansis carry the same firepower as 5,000 Keshiks in a blitz. Built at the height of the Roman War, the war ended before the Anansis could see combat. Orders now are to have them deployed to Shay as part of the Shay Coalition's efforts to secure the national sovereignty of Shay itself.
ZX-135 Forrest Attack Helicopters
ZX-135 attack helicopters, codenamed Forrest after Confederate general Nathan Bedford Forrest, were built just in time to be deployed on New Athens at the close of the Roman War. Constant training on Orias III and the Earth territories gives new pilots experience in using this powerhouse copter. Armed with twin gatling guns, four cluster bombs, eight air-to-surface missiles, and eight air-to-air missiles, and equipped with a mobile missile-jamming system, the ZX-135s, when combined with the ZX-85 Anasi copters, can prove to be a devastating force for any would-be enemy to face. Two-person cockpit, with HUD that operates even at night or in adverse weather.
ZX-495 Ironside Gunship
The ZX-495 Ironside gunship is another transport/gunship combo unit primarily used to delivery military vehicles to a distant battlefield. Also armed and quite capable of launching quick strikes on enemy positions. Armed with two forward gatling guns, two twin-barreled 50mm cannons on both sides, a computer-controlled tail machine-gun, and the cargo capacity to drop bombs, the Ironside gunship is a formidable gunship to encounter in a combat zone. Crew of four operates the vehicle, equipped with a HUD guidance system keeping it operational even at night.
ZX-375 Shrike Attack Helicopter
The ZX-375 Shrike attack helicopter is a fast attack helicopter designed at the Orias Military Research Center on Orias III. Deployed to Earth in time to respond after the Breen fighters FTL-crashed into the New Texahoman city of Veracruz. Second gunship to lack a single, overhead rotor as the rotary blades are located on both wings. Armed with twin 25mm cannons, four air-to-air missiles, and four air-to-surface missiles. Single-person cockpit equipped with HUD and radar which can track enemy movements up to 5 miles from the vehicle in all directions.
ZX-675 Sturm strike copters
The ZX-675 Sturm strike copters are primarily used in defense of the Gaia territories of Trekylon and stationed on three of the 13 colony systems. Lacking any rotary blades anywhere on the vehicle. Armed with twin 25mm machine-guns, eight air-to-surface missiles, and eight air-to-air missiles. Is a quick-response aircraft, often reaching a trouble spot ahead of the Thunderbolts. Two-person cockpit featuring HUD, infrared, radar, and sonar for submarine-hunting. Though it is built to be anm attack helicopter, the Sturm is primarily a defense gunship.
ZX-735 Vulture helicopters
The ZX-735 Vulture helicopters are the last major gunship design to be completed and ready for use on the battlefield. Using an rotary airfoil system to propel the vehicle, the Vulture is equipped with two gatling guns firing 2,000 rounds a minute, four air-to-surface missiles, and can carry up to four 1,000 lbs bombs. Single-person cockpit with HUD, infrared, radar, and even utilizing microwave and ultraviolet scanning frequencies to track and target enemy units at sea, in the air, and on the ground.
